A Public Hearing by the City of Weirton, Planning Commission has been scheduled for Wednesday September 17, 2025, in Council Chambers, Weirton City Building at 5:30 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the following Zoning amendment requests:
a) Mike Heilman, is requesting that the properties (Tax Map W38G, Parcel 20 and W38H, Parcel 15), generally described as the property located at 300 County Road, be rezoned from R-2 – Medium Density Residential to MU – Mixed Use Residential/Commercial.
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by an agent or attorneys, or written comments can be submitted to the Planning and Development Department at 200 Municipal Plaza, Weirton, WV 26062 in writing, giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
