PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is to obtain an Order from the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia, authorizing the adoption of the infant child, K.J.H., born on September 11, 2007, in Glen Dale, Marshall County, West Virginia. Notice is hereby given to the natural father of the infant child, Richard Allen Hill, or any other person claiming to be the natural father of the infant or to any other party having an interest in these proceedings, that a hearing will be held on the 23rd day of September, 2019, at 11:30 a.m., before the Honorable Judge David W. Hummel, Jr., of the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia, in his courtroom at the Marshall County Courthouse, Moundsville, West Virginia, for the purpose of terminating parental rights of the natural father and for the purpose of Ordering the adoption of said minor child.
It is ORDERED that the natural father or any other person claiming to be the natural father of the infant child, or any other interested party, appear on the 23rd day of September, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. before the Honorable David W. Hummel, Jr., Judge of the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia, at the Marshall County Courthouse, 600 Seventh Street, Moundsville, West Virginia, for the purpose of objecting to the said adoption; otherwise, an Order may be granted authorizing the adoption. A copy of said Petition for Adoption can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
