Notice is hereby given that Belmont Savings Bank located at 3301 Guernsey Street Bellaire OH has filed an application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), for its written consent to establish a branch at 590 National Road Wheeling WV. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file their comments in writing with the Regional Director of the FDIC office located at 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606, no later than 15 days from the date of this notice. The non-confidential portions of this application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
