The Public is invited to review and comment on all plan elements and relevant information which will be available for public inspection and review through Thursday, October 16, 2025. Comments will also be accepted at the public hearing.
Copies of all proposed plans, the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), attachments and all information relevant to the public hearing are available for review at the Administrative Office located at 2200 Marshall Street, Benwood, WV 26031, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 P.M. (noon).
