PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that McElroy Green Marketing, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification to Permit
R13-3485 for the replacement of an engine and updating flare emissions information at the flare system site located at Borehole 5S Mains Eq. of McElroy Mine near Cameron in Marshall County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.798169 and -80.646691.
The applicant estimates the potential increase to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: NOx of 18.64 tons per year (tpy), CO of 62.44 tpy, PM/PM10/PM2.5 of 0.01
tpy, as well as a decrease in SO2 of -0.0482 tpy, VOC of -0.66 tpy, and total Hazardous Air Pollutants of -0.08 tpy.
The facility is operational. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), 601 57th Street, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written
comments will also be received via email at DEPAirQualityPermitting @WV.gov.
