PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that McElroy Green Marketing, LLC has applied to the West Virginia
Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification to Permit
R13-3523 for the replacement of an engine and updating flare emissions information at the flare
system located at 4 North Mains Equalization Borehole Flare site near Glen Easton, Marshall
County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.823515 and -80.698197.
The applicant estimates the potential increase to discharge the following Regulated Air
Pollutants will be: CO of 76.86 tons per year (tpy), NOx of 17.60 tpy, along with a decrease in
the potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants: PM/PM10/PM2.5 of -0.03
tpy, SO2 of -0.05 tpy, VOC of -0.66 tpy, and total HAPs of -0.07 tpy.
The facility is operational. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department
of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), 601 57th Street, Charleston, WV
25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written
comments will also be received via email at DEPAirQualityPermitting @WV.gov.
