Notice is hereby given that ALLYSON ELIZABETH WARD has filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, her Petition for permission and authority to change her name to ALLYSON ELIZABETH FRANCO.
Notice is further given that on the 12TH day of September 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Judge Sims will hear said Petition and will examine under oath the party in interest and any witnesses any party in interest may deem proper.
