ON THE 15 th DAY OF AUGUST, 2025, Wesbanco
Bank, Inc., the Plaintiff herein, by counsel, Andrew R.
Thalman, Esq., and the law firm of Phillips, Gardill,
Kaiser & Altmeyer, PLLC, filed its Affidavit Pursuant to
W.Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1) requesting an Order of
Publication against Defendant William L. McClain.
WHEREFORE, as mandated by W.Va. R. Civ. P.
4(e)(1), the requested Order of Publication is hereby
ISSUED, as follows:
TO WILLIAM L. MCCLAIN, DEFENDANT:
1. The title of the civil action at bar is Wesbanco Bank, Inc. v. William L. McClain, Defendant, Civil Action No.
25-M52C-00089;
2. The object of the pending suit is the collection of
certain monies owed to Wesbanco Bank, Inc. by William
L. McClain, by virtue of a Retail Installment Contract
and Security Agreement between William L. McClain
and Wesbanco Bank, Inc.;

4. A copy of the Complaint made in this civil action may

defend on or before October 15, 2025 , a date which is
not fewer than 30 days after the first publication hereof,
otherwise a judgment by default will be rendered against
you at any time thereafter.
