PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is herby given in accordance with West Virginia Code 35-1-10 that the undersigned Trustees of and for the MOUNTAIN VIEW CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS will on or after the 20th of August, 2019, convey the property hereinafter des-cribed to JAMES E. MIDKIFF and CYNTHIA JO MIDKIFF, husband and wife, for the sum of five thousand and No/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars, by a deed to be executed by the undersigned Trustees on behalf of MOUNTAIN VIEW CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS, which real estate to be so conveyed is described as follows:
All of those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land together with the buildings and improvements thereon, easements, rights of way, and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, that certain real estate, situate in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL ONE (1): Lot No. 1510, Highland Addi-tion, Pennsylvania Ave. PARCEL TWO (2): Lot No. 1512, Highland Addition, Pennsylvania Ave. As shown on a map or plat of said Addition of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1 at Page 129. And being the same real property conveyed unto the Trustees to and for the West Virginia Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, now, Mountain View Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, by deed dated September 4, 1965, from Meadow River Coal and Land Company, said deed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 229 at Page 541.
The Meadow River Coal and Land Company reserved unto itself, its successors and assigns the right to build, construct, maintain and operate on and over said tract or parcel of land an electrical distribution line or lines, including poles, wires, cross-arms, brackets, anchors and other apparatus, and the right to attach thereto telephone and other wires of any company or person.
