PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 2200 Energy Drive,
Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for permits for
natural gas horizontal wells at the following locations:
Stagg 81H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83
Easting 519032.14, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4392838.29.

These wells are located in the Proctor Creek of French
Creek – Ohio River Watershed, New Martinsville
Quadrangle, Proctor District, Wetzel County, West
Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface
excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes
more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water
in any thirty-day period.

$15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
