DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS
TO: STEPHEN D. PAESANI
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a Hearing Panel Subcommittee of the Lawyer Disciplinary Board will, pursuant to Rules 3.3 through 3.16 of the Rules of Lawyer Disciplinary Procedure, go forward with disciplinary proceedings regarding the above referenced Statement of Charges, which were filed against you with the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals on or about February 11, 2015. An evidentiary hearing in this matter will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 120 Scott Street, Princeton, West Virginia.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel’s discovery is available now for inspection upon request. Your discovery is due within thirty (30) days after your receipt/review of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel’s discovery.
Your Answer to the Statement of Charges is due within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice.
Any prehearing motions shall be filed on or before June 12, 2015. Any responses to prehearing motions shall be filed on or before June 16, 2015.
A telephonic prehearing will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, please contact the Office of Disciplinary Counsel to obtain the teleconference information.
