HELP WANTED
The Jefferson County Port Authority seeks to hire a Development Assistant to work under the supervision of the Executive Director in connection with the Jefferson County Coal Recovery Initiative funded by the Economic Development Administration. The Development Assistant will assist in planning and implementing economic development programs within Jefferson County including administration of the Port Authority’s business retention and expansion program and preparation of an inventory of industrial and commercial sites for development. The Jefferson County Port Authority serves as the county’s comprehensive economic development agency.
