The object of the above entitles action is for Robert J. Holoyak to legally change his/her name to Robert J. Holyak. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Robert J. Holoyak to Robert J. Holyak.
A hearing shall be on the 23rd day of September, 2025, at 1:00 o’clock before the Honorable Judge Michael Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
