QUALIFICATIONS
The Ohio County Commission, owner of the Wheeling-Ohio County Airport (HLG), invites interested firms to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide on-call aviation, planning, civil, electrical engineering, construction management, and environmental services to the Ohio County Commission for a period of three years with two one-year extension options.
