APPLICATION FOR
ESTABLISHMENT OF
A BRANCH BY
WESBANCO BANK, INC.
Notice is hereby given by the Applicant, Wesbanco Bank, Inc., One Bank Plaza, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003, that it has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for establishment of a de novo branch. The Applicant proposes to establish a branch bank at the following location: 1413 Chestnut Street, Suite B, Chattanooga, TN 37402.
Any person wishing to comment on this application is encouraged to submit comments through the FDIC’s website at https://cra.fdic.gov. Alternatively, comments may be filed in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office located at 10 Tenth St., N.E., Suite 900, Atlanta, GA 30309. Comments must be submitted by September 27, 2025. Photocopies of the nonconfidential portions of the application will be made available upon request.
