The City of New Cumberland will be accepting bids for security upgrade at the New Cumberland City Building located at 204 N. River Ave. Including a 58×105 3/4 frame wide style aluminum door with panic bar, 2 – CRL Level 3 bullet resistant window with N666 speak thru, 12″ shelf and deal tray, 3 – Level 2 Bullet resistant fiberglass panel, 8MM Impact film on all exterior windows and 2 aluminum doors. Bids will be received from September 22, 2025 through October 6, 2025 until 4:00 p.m. The envelopes shall be addressed to the City of New Cumberland, 204 N. River Ave, New Cumberland, WV 26047 and shall be identified with “Security Upgrade”, the Bidder’s Name and Address of the Bid is sent by, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a sperate mailing envelope with notation “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” on the face thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
