NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Ohio County Board of Education, Wheeling, West Virginia, for the following:
SALE OF USED
Bidders may obtain copies of specifications and forms of proposal from the Operations Center of the Ohio County Board of Education at 280 Fulton Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. Equipment located at the Operations Center can be viewed from Monday, April 20, 2015 through Friday, April 24, 2015 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Equipment located at Wheeling Middle School can be viewed from Tuesday April 21, 2015 through Thursday April 23, 2015 during the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Certain equipment can be viewed at Govdeals.com from Monday, April 20, 2015 to Monday, April 27, 2015. Any further information desired regarding the equipment, bidder’s packet requests or procedures can be obtained by calling 304-243-0431.
This request for sealed proposals is for the sale of specified used equipment only.
Please submit your sealed proposal to the Office of the Assistant Superintendent at the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003, prior to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2015. Please mark the outside of the envelope as “BID FOR USED EQUIPMENT” respectively.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the bid to other than the high bidder, to accept any or all alternates, to waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
