Please take notice that on the 19th day of September, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Dirty Paws LLC, 202 18th St. Variance(s) from schedule 6-A: to reduce the side yard setback in the I-2 zone from 15′ to 10′; (2) from section 135503.a: to allow parking in the front setback. Purpose of request: Construct new building.
The property is described as follows:
East ½ of lot number 82 on the South side of 18th St. (formerly Clay St.) and the west ½ of lot numbered 83 in East Wheeling as recorded in book 948 page 433 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
More commonly known as 202 18th St.
