Class 3 Modification
Notice is hereby given that MPM Silicones, LLC Sistersville Plant (MPM) has
requested a Class 3 modification of Hazardous Waste Management Renewal Permit
Number WVD004325353 from the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection (WDEP). The modification is necessary to increase the capacity of the
existing No. 2 Landfill and to update information in the Contingency Plan,
including contact information for Emergency Coordinators.
A 60-day public comment period commences upon publication of this notice.

A public meeting will be held on Tuesday October 16th, 2025 at 6pm at the
Sistersville Volunteer Fire Department located at 121 Maple Ln, Sistersville,

can be viewed at the facility located at 10851 Energy Highway, Friendly WV.
MPM’s compliance history during the life of the permit being modified is available
