Alison Staley, mother of K.K, Jr., last-known address of
117 N. 7th Avenue, Paden City, West Virginia.
The purpose of the above styled civil proceedings is for
the West Virginia Department of Human Services to
obtain a judicial decree finding that you have abused,
neglected and/or abandoned the child, K.K., born on
September 3, 2014. Take notice that these proceedings
may result in the permanent termination of your parental
rights to the child.
It appeared by an Affidavit filed in this matter that Alison
Staley is the mother of the child, and Keith Kline, Sr. is
the father of the child.
You are hereby ORDERED to appear in these
proceedings at a hearing scheduled for the 21st day of
October, 2025, at 1:15 o’clock p.m. in the main
courtroom located in the Wetzel County Courthouse,
200 Main Street, New Martinsville, West Virginia, to
protect and defend your interests. If you do not appear, an Order may be entered permanently terminating your parental rights to the child, K.K., Jr. A copy of the
Petition to Institute Child Abuse and Neglect
Proceedings and the Notice of Termination of Parental
Rights may be obtained at the Wetzel County Circuit
Clerk’s Office at 200 Main Street, New Martinsville,
West Virginia.
