NOTICE OF FILING
Application of Stand Energy Corporation (Stand Energy
for Approval to Offer, Render, Furnish or Supply Natural
Gas Supply Services to the public in West Virginia in the
Territory of Mountaineer Gas Corporation as requested
by Stand Energy Corporation in West Virginia.
Public Service Commission Case No. 25-0424-G-EFPP.
Stand Energy Corporation has filed an application with
the West Virginia Public Service Commission (“PSC”) for participation in an Enhanced Firm Pooling Program to provide natural gas supply services as a supplier or aggregator of natural gas services. Stand Energy
Corporation proposes to sell natural gas and related
services in the following 55 West Virginia Counties, the
entire service Territory of Mountaineer Gas Corporation:
Barbour; Berkeley; Boone; Braxton; Brooke; Cabell;
Calhoun; Clay; Doddridge; Fayette; Gilmer, Grant;
Greenbrier; Hampshire; Hancock; Hardy; Harrison;
Jackson; Jefferson; Kanawha; Lewis; Lincoln; Logan,
Marion; Marshall; Mason; McDowell, Mercer; Mineral;
Mingo; Monongalia; Monroe; Morgan; Nicholas; Ohio;
Pendelton; Pleasants; Pocahontas; Preston; Putnam;
Raleigh; Randolph; Ritchie; Roane, Summers; Taylor;
Tucker; Tyler; Upshur; Wayne; Webster; Wetzel; Wirt;
Wood; and Wyoming .
The PSC may consider this application without a
hearing. Protests directed to the technical or financial
fitness of Stand Energy Corporation may be filed within
15 days of the date of this notice with the Executive
Secretary of the PSC, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston,
WV 25301. Please include the Case No. listed above,
on the protest.
