IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 19-CJA-102 VEGAS WHETZEL, biological mother of infant P.W., whose date of brith is September 21, 2016 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant P.W., whose date of birth is September 21, 2016. Natural child of VEGAS WHETZEL.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER of infant P.W., whose date of birth is September 21, 2016.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER, has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant P.W., whose date of birth is September 21, 2016. It is ORDERED that the UNKNOWN FATHER is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 22nd day of November, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. for an Adjudicatory and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER of infant P.W., whose date of birth is September 21, 2016, may be terminated.
