2024-C-000018, located in CHURCH District, 39 5/10
AC LONG DRAIN 1/5 OF 1/4 INT which was returned
delinquent or nonentered in the name of COSGRAY
JOYCE J, and was sold by the deputy commissioner
of delinquent and nonentered lands of WETZEL County
at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 8, 2025.
PERKINS OIL & GAS INC requests that you be notified
a deed for such real estate will be made on or after
March 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed
