The object of the above-captioned action is to recover
indebtedness related to Defendant’s breach of contract.
And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that
Defendant Tyler G. Roberts is a non- resident of the
State of West Virginia and has an unknown address, it
is hereby ordered that Defendant Tyler G. Roberts serve
upon the Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is PO Box 263, New Martinsville, West Virginia, an Answer,
including any related counterclaim or defense you may
have to the complaint filed in this action on or before
November 7, 2025. If you fail to Answer the complaint, a
judgment may be taken against you for the relief
demanded in the Complaint.
