IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 19-CJA-2, BONNIE ROBERSON, biological mother of infants H.R., whose date of birth is November 5, 2018 and DALE ROBERSON. JR., biological father of infant H.R., whose date of birth is November 5, 2018. Natural child of BONNIE ROBERSON.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of BONNIE ROBERSON, biological mother of infants H.R., whose date of birth is November 5, 2018 and DALE ROBERSON. JR., biological father of infant H.R., whose date of birth is November 5, 2018.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that BONNIE ROBERSON AND DALE ROBERSON, JR., have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant H.R., whose date of birth is November 5, 2018. It is ORDERED that BONNIE ROBERSON and DALE ROBERSON, JR., are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 28th day of October, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of BONNIE ROBERSON, biological mother of infants H.R., whose date of birth is November 5, 2018 and DALE ROBERSON. JR., biological father of infant H.R., whose date of birth is November 5, 2018, may be terminated.
