The object of the above entitled action is for Eva Ann Rose Riser to legally change his/her name to Eva Ann Rose Baker. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Eva Ann Rose Riser to Eva Ann Rose Baker.
A hearing shall be on the 13th day of November, 2019 at 10:00am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Ronald E. Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
