The Town of Mason is accepting sealed bids from qualified and insured contractors for the demolition of a structure located at 465 Center Street, Mason, WV 25260. Work shall include complete demolition of the structure, removal and proper disposal of all debris, regrading of the site, and placement of seed and straw for site stabilization. An asbestos report for the structure is available and may be picked up at Mason Town Hall, 656 2nd Street, Mason, WV 25260 during normal business hours. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Bids may be delivered to Mason Town Hall, 656 2nd Street, Mason, WV 25260, or mailed to Town of Mason, P.O. Box 438, Mason, WV 25260. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 4:15 p.m. at the Mason Town Hall.
