Please take notice that on the 17th of October, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City – County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Robert Contraguerro, 3624-3626 Jacob St Variance from Schedule 5A: to reduce the total side yard setback in the C-2 zone from 10′ to 5′. Purpose of request: Construct new building.
