Kelley, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as a beneficiary, and assigns secured by the property located at 504 James Street, Bridgeport, West Virginia 26330. This Deed of Trust was recorded on May 16, 2007 in the Clerk’s Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Harrison County in Book No. 1112, at Page 1231. Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before November 22ND 2025, which date is no sooner than thirty (30) days after entry of this Order of Publication.
