BENWOOD-McMECHEN HOUSING
Roofing Replacement
BENWOOD-McMECHEN HOUSING AUTHORITY, Benwood, West Virginia will receive sealed bids for its FY2018 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM – ROOFING REPLACEMENT until 2:00 P.M. on the 4th day of November 2019, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of replacing roofs on two buildings located at 2200 Marshall St., Benwood, WV. Contractors must have 5 years’ minimum experience in building renovations.

Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained upon request from the Benwood-McMechen Housing Authority, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
A Prebid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. on the 28th day of October 2019 at the Administrative Offices of the Benwood- McMechen Housing, located at 2200 Marshall Street, Benwood, WV. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is recommended.
Benwood-McMechen Housing reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Benwood-McMechen Housing Authority Par Value U. S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
