COMPLETION DATE: JULY 1, 2020
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms available from CT Consultants, Inc., 8150 Sterling Court, Mentor, Ohio 44060 at a non refundable cost of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) picked up or One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) mailed.
The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained via the internet at

The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site.
There will be a Pre bid Conference on November 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Wheeling, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 302, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.
All bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor’s License per Sections §21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code and it is to be included with the bid.
