The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant T.P., whose date of birth is June 9, 2019.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant T.P., whose date of birth is June 9, 2019. It is ORDERED that the UNKNOWN FATHER is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 12th day of November, 2019 at 1:15 pm. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of the UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant T.P., whose date of birth is June 9, 2019., may be terminated.
