NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated April 24, 2023, from Kimberly Lynn Allen and Michelle Renee Allen to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mason County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 497, at page 784, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $215,250.76, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Mason County Courthouse in Point Pleasant, West Virginia on October 24, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain lot, tract and parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging as follows: All that certain lots, pieces or parcels of real estate, situate in Hannan District, Mason County, West Virginia, and more fully designated as Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Basswood Acres Subdivision, Hannan District, Mason County, West Virginia, as designated and shown on that certain plat prepared by Duane K.
