THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MOUNDSVILLE, Moundsville, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative offices at 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV for its FY2019 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM – STORM DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT until 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, NOVEMBER 14, 2019, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Housing Authority will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors only within a minimum of 5 years’ experience with General Construction and Storm Door Replacements.
