The Marshall County Health Department is proposing changes to their Food Handlers’ Permit Regulation regarding how to obtain a food handler’s permit card and to add additional fees to include $5 for a duplicate card and $20 for a statewide card. A copy of the regulation may be obtained at their office at 513 6th Street in Moundsville or by visiting:
