AND NOW, this 22nd day of August, 2025, upon consideration of the Petitioners Motion for Service by Publication, said motion is hereby GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that the Petitioners are permitted, pursuant to PA.R.C.P. Rule 430, to publish service of Process by Publication in the Marshall County Bar Association Legal Intelligencer and the Moundsville Echo Newspaper.
It is further ORDERED that the contents of the publication shall include the Order of Court issued August 15, 2025, scheduling the Termination Hearing for September 30, 2025.
