IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE #24-JA-111 C’AISIA HOCKER, biological mother of infant D.H., whose date of birth is April 16, 2024, and D.H., biological father of infant D.H., whose date of birth is April 16, 2024, natural child of C’Aisia Hocker. .
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition against C’AISIA HOCKER , which is pending. C’AISIA HOCKER is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 6th day of November, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. for a Disposition Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of C’AISIA HOCKER, biological mother of infant D.H., whose date of birth is April 16, 2024, may be terminated.
