PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that CertainTeed Gypsum WV, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Registration, Modification for Class II Emergency Generator located on 10 Energy Road, Moundsville, WV 26041, in Marshall County, West Virginia.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: nitrous oxide (NOX) – 0.23 ton/year, carbon monoxide (CO) – 0.04 ton/year, volatile organic compound (VOC) – 0.008 ton/year, sulfur dioxide (SO2) – 0.04 ton/year, and particulate matter (PM10) – 0.01 ton/year.
Startup of operation occurred in March of 2008. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
