PUBLIC HEARING(s) NOTICE Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. The Taylor County Commission will hold two public hearings. The first being held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. The second hearing will be held Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. The Public Hearings will be held in the Commission Meeting Room at 128 W. Main Street, Grafton, WV. The purpose of these hearings is to amend the 911 Fee Ordinance in accordance with the WV State Code. The proposed amendment to the Ordinance is as follows: Pursuant to section three-cc, article one, chapter seven (7-1-3c) of the West Virginia Code, the County Commission hereby imposes a fee of $3.50 per month per local exchange service line and equivalent, except for Tel-Assistance lines. A copy of the draft Ordinance can be found in the County Commission office.
