The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that KENNETH SHERROD and the UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of K.S., whose date of birth is March 29, 2018. It is ORDERED that KENNETH SHERROD or ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE THE FATHER OF K.S, natural child of Ada Harris is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 14th day of November, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise KENNETH SHERROD, putative father of infant K.S., whose date of birth is March 29, 2018 or the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant K.S., whose date of birth is March 29, 2018, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent.
