The new access road and tower pad will be installed within a limit-of-disturbance (LOD) with a varying width due to the existing topography. No additional access roads will be utilized to transport and stage personnel, equipment, and materials during construction. Business conducted: The proposed Glen Falls Substation Expansion Project (Project) is located in Harrison County, West Virginia.
