The object of the above entitled action is for Kamani A. Miles to legally change his/her name to Kamani A. Jamison. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Kamani A. Miles to Kamani A. Jamison.
A hearing shall be on the 22nd day of November, 2019 at 8:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
