IN THE MATTER OF THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF FORMER MAIN AVENUE

The Council of the Town of Triadelphia hereby notices all interested persons within the said Town of Triadelphia of its intention to amend the Code of the Town of Triadelphia by the adoption of an Ordinance providing for the abandonment of a portion of former Main Avenue, said portion of road being located between the South Right of Way Line of Ferrell Avenue and the North Line of the property owned by the State Road Commission of West Virginia for Public Use Project I-70-1(20)6, which property is between and abuts Parcels numbered 11 and 12 of the “Plat of J.J. Wagner’s Addition”.
Those persons intending to protest the proposed abandonment may appear and be hears on the matter at the Town of Triadelphia’s regular mee- ting in the Town Hall on National Road, Triadelphia, on November 6, 2019, at 8:00 PM at which time the second reading of the Ordinance shall take place and adoption of same voted upon. The proposed abandonment of said portion of former Main Avenue shall be effective immediately upon its passage November 6, 2019.
A copy of said Ordinance can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the Town Hall on National Road, Triadelphia, West Virginia, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
