Wetzel County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office
PROSECUTOR CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Wetzel County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is
seeking bids for a Prosecutor Case Management
System to handle our filing system. Must include cost of
converting the existing system all hardware, software,
labor and installation costs.

Detailed Specifications for the bid may be obtained from
the Wetzel County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 925
Third Street, Post Office Box 548, New Martinsville,

Sealed bids must be received in writing no later than
4:30 p.m. on December 11, 2025, in an envelope clearly
marked “Bid Prosecuting Attorney’s Office” at the above
address.

The Prosecuting Attorney reserves the right to select the
proposal which best serves the overall goals and
interests of his office, and also reserves the right to
reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities

Proposals will be received from prequalified and West Virginia licensed contractors only except that on Federal-Aid Projects a contractors’ license is not required at time of bid, but will be required before work can begin. Registration is required with the Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, in accordance with Chapter 5A, Article 3, Section 12 of the West Virginia Code. All contractors submitting bids on project(s) must submit electronically with their bid a Proposal Guaranty Bond for $500.00 or 5% of the total bid, whichever is greater.
The West Virginia Department of Transportation Division of Highways reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and publicly opening proposals for any project designated in this advertisement, without the necessity of renewing such advertisement. The deferment, delay, postponement, and the date that proposals will be received and publicly opened will be available on
www.bidx.com.
