Please take notice that on November 18, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider a request made by Woda Cooper Development, Inc. to change the zoning classification of the following described area from I-2 General Industry to R-4 Residential:
Description: Lots 1,2,3,4 & N½ of 5 in Square 24 on Sprigg and Ritchie’s Addition to the City, found in Deed Book 23 Page 535 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office, more commonly known as 3700 Jacob Street.
