has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite
301, Philippi, WV, 26416-1600 for a Phase 1, 2 and 3 release on Permit Number U200805
Increment Number 7 issued for 3.21 acres. The permit is located in Richland District of Ohio
County, 4 miles Southeast (Direction) of West Liberty (Nearest PO) on both an Unnamed Tributary of Murray Run and on Murray Run to Rices Run (Primary Receiving Stream) of Buffalo Creek (Secondary Receiving
Stream) of Upper Ohio River 2 (Major Drainage Basin). TUNNEL RIDGE, LLC completed final reclamation on 10/9/2017 (Date) and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $ $10,000.00 . Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until December 21, 2025, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
