The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.23405, -80.17733 The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) = 113.17 tons per year Carbon Monoxide (CO) = 25.42 tons per year Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC) = 83.74 tons per year Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) = 0.21 tons per year Particulate Matter (PM10) = 3.24 tons per year Particulate Matter (PM2.5) = 3.24 tons per year Formaldehyde = 40.22 tons per year Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) = 44.89 tons per year Methane = 708.08 tons per year Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e) = 69217.22 tons per year Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 2nd day of January 2026.
