NOTICE
Notice is given that Ohio River Aggregate, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Rule 13 Modification for a loading/unloading aggregate facility located on 1601 Lafayette Avenue, Moundsville, in Marshall County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.905556 and -80.7569381.
The applicant wishes to increase the total tons of aggregate (stone/sand) material to be handled per an hour and a per year. The potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be Particulate Material at 28.69 tons per a year and Particulate Material 10 (Dust and Fine Dust) at 13.57 tons per year.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 30th day of November 2019. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of this notice.
