IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 25-JA-114 NATASHA NALLY, biological mother of infant N.N., whose date of birth is December 21, 2010, and GARY LOVETT, JR., biological father of infant N.N., whose date of birth is December 21, 2010, natural child of Natasha Nally. The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that GARY LOVETT, JR. has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of N.N., whose date of birth is December 21, 2010. It is ORDERED that GARY LOVETT, JR. is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 8th day of December, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise GARY LOVETT, JR., biological father of infant N.N., whose date of birth is December 21, 2010. may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent.
