The Petitioner has filed a Motion to Modify CHAD WAYT’S Disposition, seeking termination of his parental rights to infant R.W., whose date of birth is April 23, 2010. CHAD WAYT is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 19th day of November, 2025 at 8:30 am. for the Hearing on the WVDHS’ Motion to Modify Respondent Wayt’s Disposition if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Motion; otherwise the parental rights of CHAD WAYT, biological father of infant R.W., whose date of birth is April 23, 2010, may be terminated.
